The incident in the Kincorth area happened on 21 April A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a badly injured man following a "serious assault" in Aberdeen.
The man was found lying on a grass area next to Gardner Road, in Kincorth, in the early hours of the morning on 21 April.
A Grampian Police spokesperson said a 28-year-old man had been arrested over the incident.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
